I want to make a difference. The best advice anyone ever gave me was to spend more time listening than talking. I use that daily as I really listen to what you want. Often, it’s not what they say, but what they convey – the want behind the words. That’s my focus. 

Investigate. I am an avid “True Crime” reader, and I’ve learned that the best detectives are the most resourceful. Resourceful is how I define myself. I listen closely so I can uncover your true need and discover the best way to meet it. There are no routine answers.
