I lead the Client Service Team along with Alice. My goal is to make your life easier. I like being someone you can lean on when you’re confronting a challenging issue. I am a resource and an advocate. If you don’t know who to call, you can always start by calling me.

I like learning about you, solving problems, and celebrating milestones. I love growing and being a resource. I work on a team of talented hard workers who are not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom and go the extra mile for you. Great customer service can be difficult to find. I enjoy the challenge of providing exceptional client service to every client in every interaction.

Mix it up. I grew up in New Jersey but now live in Georgia, so my Southern hospitality has a Northeast energy that makes me positive and proactive. It’s about results, y’all. I like getting things done and taking initiatives to the next level. When I’m not caring for clients, I’m spending time with my family and taking trips to fun places like Dollywood in the heart of Tennessee.
