What I do...
I keep the company running smoothly, and every day looks a little bit different than the day before. It's exciting. I often get to discover information, learn something new, contribute to a solution, or improve a process. But even when I don’t do any of those things, it's rewarding to help manage the day-to-day operations.
The most gratifying aspect of my job is collaborating with other team members. Everyone at Pascarella Wealth Partners is friendly, fun, hard-working, and always willing to share their time, knowledge, and experience. I love working to enhance the process of serving you and hearing your positive feedback.

I like to...
Advocate. I love to learn and explore all the options to help our team succeed. My high school history teacher challenged me to, “Question everything.” I make it a point to do that when we collaborate on projects. I ask, “What’s the source? What’s the outcome going to be?” That keeps me focused.
